金屬吊頂?shù)陌惭b與一般的工程設(shè)備安裝有著很大的區(qū)別。常見的工程設(shè)備安裝，一般都是由工廠送達(dá)整臺設(shè)備，到現(xiàn)成后就位，然后接通管道和線路就算完工。因此，它的主要工作量是設(shè)備就位和接通線路。而金屬吊頂?shù)陌惭b，則是把一大批散件即單塊金屬板，按圖紙邊懸吊邊拼接，直至完工。其特點如下： 一、從零散到整體成型 吊頂板成品面積一般都很小，出廠時之多不超過3平方面積。僅僅從單塊的小板出發(fā)，人們是無法看到整個工程的形狀的，因此也無法體現(xiàn)出吊頂?shù)墓δ?。只有把這些零散的吊頂板拼接在一起，才能實現(xiàn)工程的設(shè)計要求。在這個過程中，環(huán)節(jié)多、工作量大，而且每一步都要精工細(xì)作。這是一個名副其實的“二次”制造過程。 二、突出人的因素 無論如何改進(jìn)設(shè)計或優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)，都無法減少吊頂工程現(xiàn)場施工的工作量，而且也不可能采取機(jī)械化來代替手工勞動。這就造成了工程質(zhì)量必須依賴現(xiàn)場施工人員的素質(zhì)和勞動態(tài)度的局面。因此，組織一支優(yōu)秀的安裝隊伍，就成了工程管理的關(guān)鍵。而現(xiàn)在的實際狀況是安裝隊伍都是臨時拼湊的，不具備應(yīng)有素質(zhì)。對此，唯一的辦法就是派出工程師，到現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)、臨督安裝工作。 三、不可更改性 金屬吊頂?shù)牡甘怯泄S制造的，出廠是這些產(chǎn)品都已經(jīng)定型。到現(xiàn)場即...
